Work-life balance is such a huge challenge.

In order to maximize our time, I think it helps to evaluate what things are most important in our jobs and outside our jobs.

At work, activities that are adding little or no value should possibly not be done any longer.  And perhaps the things that need to be done could be done more efficiently.  Or perhaps they could be delegated.

Along the same lines, what are the most important things to spend time on outside of work?  What really matters?  What doesn&#039;t matter as much?

Applying a little thought and creativity can go a long way to maximizing our time at work and in our personal lives.]]></description>
